Acceptable use

• Only download content you own, content the rights holder has made available for download, or content you're otherwise legally allowed to copy (for example, Creative Commons or public domain works).
• Don't use the service to infringe copyright, redistribute music commercially, or get around paywalls.
• Don't abuse, scrape or overload the service.

No affiliation

SoundGrab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SoundCloud, YouTube or Google. All trademarks belong to their owners.

No hosting

We don't host or store any audio or video. SoundCloud files go directly from SoundCloud to your device; YouTube files are relayed in small pieces as you download them and are never kept on our servers.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantees. It may stop working at any time if SoundCloud or YouTube change how they work. You are solely responsible for how you use the files you download.
